Spring Snack Attack


Welcome back everyone!

It's time for a easy at home recipe. Now to keep with the spring theme my recipe is fresh, raw, and made in under 5 minutes! Best part is that it beats any junk food that you might have in your pantry.

What you need for this spring snack attack:

2 pieces of bread- I used white but you can use whatever you like
a handful of spinach- I used fresh express baby spinach that comes in a bag
about 4/5 strawberries
1 tomato
handful of cilantro
Red peper flakes
white balsamic vinegar



I first began by toasting my white bread pieces.
While that was happening I cut the tomato and strawberries. I put it in a bowl and added my spinach and cilantro. Then I measured the white balsamic vinegar using the lid of the bottle and filled it up half way and poured it in. Then added a pinch of red pepper flakes and mixed all the contents in the bowl.

On my toasted bread, i just spread the contents of bowl evenly! There you have it, a light and fresh snack in under 5!
